COVERAGE & SCOPE

Our refund policy covers refunds for Storm Jay Norman products from the merch store. This policy does not have any application for companies which are not owned or controlled by Storm Jay Norman or for persons not employed or managed by Storm Jay Norman. This policy does not apply to NFTs or services provided by Storm Jay Norman like live performances, speaking, etc. It ONLY applies to merchandise sold in the Official Storm Jay Norman Store.

SUBMITTING A REQUEST

If you need a refund on merch items due to a defective product, a sizing issue, or gift exchange, just reach out to us here. We will honor your request as long as the product is returned in the same condition in which it was received. **PLEASE NOTE, CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING.**

TYPES OF REFUNDS

Full Refund: In cases where payment has been made, but the product has not yet been shipped or is out-of-stock, a full refund will be granted either automatically or upon request given the specific circumstance. It can take up to 45 Days from the submission of the request to receive the payment in full.

No Refunds: If a product is returned in anything other than the condition it was received, no refunds will be granted.
